After an error by Microsoft engineers, our Domain and Cloud services were in a bad place. IT1 and their NOC went above and beyond to help us navigate repairs and restoration on a weekend. They worked the problem till it was solved without Microsoft's assistance and managed to mitigate any business impact because of it. 5 Stars isnt a strong enough rating for the service they provide.
