  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Care Credit, Cash but NO checks. If you will like to apply for Care Credit (zero percent financing). Please go to www.carecredit.com and fill out an application.

  How do I make an appointment?

  A:

  Please contact us directly by calling us. Upon scheduling your appointment, patients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the appointment. You will not be charged a fee for your appointment. A $50 fee will only be applied to your credit card if you fail to show up for your appointment.
