Shannon is one of the best communicators I have interacted with in a business setting: timely, does what she says she's going to do, courteous, and clear. In my opinion, good communication skills are the cornerstone of good business, and Shannon does Stockie Chrysler dealership proud. Even though I did not end up purchasing a vehicle (this time around, anyhow), I will definitely keep this dealership in mind for a future purchase, and this is because Shannon has earned my trust and appreciation.

I had to bring my 2019 ram in for service, Jonny the service advisor I dealt with was absolutely awesome. He was friendly and straight to the point, He had to order some parts for my vehicle And he had them in the next day. He called me the following day to let me know my vehicle is ready And on the way home, it sounded and felt like a brand new vehicle.
